Loved and hated, the Covert Agency was a bastardized conception from Kutztown State University. Life began for this troubled trio in the summer of 1999 after founding members parted ways with a Reggae / Jazz / Hip Hop / Punk / Folk influenced sextet that went by the name of Dr. Rockstar. Having dominated the party scene during 1998 at KU, the original agents grew tired of the Drama surrounding such a high profile act and went back to basics.. In the basement of Paradise Lost tattoo parlor the Agency honed thier unique sound. A disjunctive mixture of Punk, Indie, Alt Rock, Grunge, Hard Core, Surf.. ect. ect.
